Recently, I don't know why, we are having trouble with the revival of "dead" topics. Dead refers to the appropriate amount of time a user has to say something final before the topic does "dead". When a topic is dead, it remains dead. I don't know how many revived topics I've seen this week, but I'm getting tired of having to lock them constantly. So, we've made the appropriate amount of time before a topic goes dead 2 weeks. After that, you'll have to open a new topic for discussion, or just plain forget about it.

Belay that order.

I haven't mentioned our policy on old topics, but it will be covered in the new rules. For now, here is how it goes.

Only revive an old topic, IF you are actually serious about continuing the discussion. Don't revive an old topic just to say "I agree" or "This is my list" of whatever. If we have a topic, say talking about Half Life 2, and you want to continue the exciting discussion on how the game connects with Half Life 1, thats fine. However, I and the Mods will be fairly strict with what consitutes an proper revival.

So, in short: Don't revive an old topic UNLESS you actually have something new to say, and want to continue the discussion/debate. Anything will be deleted.

Thank you.
