All the music on OoT is awesome and the song of healing, and the ballad of twilight. But my overall favorite is The twilight princess' Hyrule field theme. :onfire:

Yeah...

The edit button. You should use that from now on.

DL recently had me listen to the remixes for A Link to the Past on OCR. Normally I'm not a huge fan of remixes/arrangements of any kind of song, including OCR (and ZREO to an extent, le gasp!), but this is beyond perfection.

Remember all the bias I have for the game of course... :P

Ballad of the Wind Fish. How can you not love a song that can mean so much in a tiny package filled to the brim with adventure?

Sadly, he isn't me, but if he stopped toying with you and started messing with the flow of time, he could attempt to look like me. Look down, back up, where are you? You're in the palace of my dreams, witnessing the man your villain can't look like. What's in your hand? Back at me. I have it. It's the Light Force, flowing out of your beloved princess. Look again. You've all made me sad! Everyone just forgets there are TWO versions of Stone Tower/Temple: the one you first hear and then Stone Tower Upside Down...

I believe I've been unintentionally holding out on the lot of you. A few months ago I went on a listening spree on OCRemix, and these are some of the fruits of that.

Farore Lies in Wait

Sacred Flute

Agahnim Arsenik

This Triforce Has Too Many Pieces

It's My Turn to Dream

My favourite of this collection would have to be It's My Turn to Dream, but a close second is Sacred Flute. They just seem so... magical. </cliche>

In case you guys haven't got enough Zelda for its 25th Year Anniversary, here's something to add to the celebration!

To commemorate the fantastic series, OCREMIX released an album full of songs composed by popular indie game composers (including everyone's favourite Minecraft composer... you guys do like him, right?). For those who haven't heard of this, I'd highly recommend this collection!

http://zelda25.ocremix.org/

If you have the internet speed and file space, FLAC is always fantastic :p.

I recommend:

Fushigina Forest by Laura Shigihara
Hoy, Small Fry by HyperDuck SoundWorks
Skyward by C418
Thunderstruck by Big Giant Circles (album favourite!)
Zelda's Graceful Nightmare by Matheus Manente

So go download it! D:

My favourite selections from Skyward Sword!

Warning: End-Game spoilers abound, so click at your own risk!

Spoiler: show
0. Main Theme, do I even need to post a link?

1. Battlefield of Demise - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPbwgvAc ... re=related Pay close attention to the last 28 seconds. Add in a few notes and whose theme would you get? ;) Coupled with sinister undertones and a beautiful atmosphere, this introduction to the final battle sure sets you up for an epic bout.

2. Dramatic Descent - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUvO5X1B ... re=related Despite incredibly repetitive, this song and the hordes of enemies sure do make you sweat the nonexistent timer :p

3. Koloktos - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzL4IA16 ... re=related Holy *Navi*, it's been a while since I've heard an epic boss theme, and this really takes the cake. Koloktos will go down as one of my favourite bosses thanks both to the battle itself and this song.

4. Fi's Farewell/Follow Fi/Generally Fi's Theme - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DAJBU4W ... re=related Despite hating her character, Fi has a very beautiful and haunting theme...

5. Romance in the Air - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7egFhuO ... re=related Normally I'm not big on feel-good songs, but this song is just so dang awesome. Reminds me of Wind Scene from Chrono Trigger for some reason @_@.

6. Staff Roll - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSZBcPRQ ... re=related It's a staff roll. Do I need to say more? Not my favourite of the series, very Mario Galaxy-esque. Not sure if that's a good thing :p

Oh Zelda music, why must you excel the quality of certain games you appear in?

*Rampant Skyward Sword hate*
