the boy walked past the two others and said," aren't you coming?' which made them wonder when they had volunteered for this.

the boy pulled out a dagger that he wielded backhand, Lanu a saber, and the princesses hands glowed as she charged her elemental power.

The currently completely unnamed boy jumped forward and grappled the creature; lanu swiped at it but was blocked by a strange sword on its back; the princess shot three fire elemental blasts at the creature but it dodged them throwing the boy off him, it stood back and looked quizzically at the trio, not quite so threatening now. (woah a lot in one sentence

The trio looked at the creature knowing that they were too weak to defeat it as they thought.

as they looked at it more closely it appeared to be a wolf, with a sort of mask resting on his forehead and a large mane, all of a sudden the wolf transformed into a man, or so it appeared past the mask that now sat on the mans face.

after the group had gotten a fair way away the princess explained that the wolf man was of the oina tribe, and that they were all part human and part canine.
